Grandma with Cancer at Age 67, Lives Until Age 85
Many accounts, written or unwritten, prove that man's thoughts greatly influence his health condition. One of these accounts is unwritten until now...
My Grandma Lily is a fine and cheerful old lady. You will never see her wrinkled face without a trace of three or five smiles everyday. She dresses neatly and beautifully and at her age, she still smells sweet and fresh. I can remember that Grandma is fond of cooking and ballroom dancing. Grandma loves us, her family, so much, especially Grandpa. She is the most thoughtful and caring person I’ve ever known.
At age 67, Grandma was diagnosed with cancer and said to have only six months to one year the most to live. That time, at a young age of six years, I didn’t remember any worried expression on Grandma’s face. I remember that Grandpa, with his teary eyes, appears to be more frightened than anyone inside the hospital room. Grandma said, "Oh Philip, I hate to leave you like that. You know that I love dancing as much as you do. I know that you can never leave a day without my cooking. I love to dance, I love to cook, and most of all I love you." Even though, this times curing cancer is really a great challenge, Grandma said, "Philip, if these doctors can not cure me, I will cure myself! I will live further! I will not die ahead of you."
Grandma became more careful of the food she eats. She religiously followed the doctor’s advises and she prayed to God even more. Grandma told us that everyday, for the 6,556 days of her life, she thanks God because she is still living. She thanks God for all the people who are always there to support her and she thanks God that despite of the pain, she can still smile and makes other people smile.
I was then stubborn as a little girl. I always do naughty things to our pet dog Bernie. Sometimes, when I am in the mood, I destroy my toys so that Grandma will buy me new ones, and if she didn’t I will cry. I will cry forever, until Grandma feels guilty and give-in to my vices. However, Grandma never runs out of patience. My father is very lucky to have Grandma Lily as his mother.
Grandma died last year, at the 26th of May, the same exact date when she was born. She lived up to 85 inspiring years. Grandma taught me the value of life and love. I will never forget what she told me when I was only seven years old. She said, "ALWAYS love your family and friends because life is so short. Do not be afraid to let go of the persons whom you have loved so much. Instead, be afraid to let go of them whom you have loved less, regretting that you should have loved them more."

Increase Blog Taffic - How to Place Meta Tags in Blogger?
Are you experiencing problems in placing the meta tags in blogger? Well, I also did once. After days of research and consultations with experts, I finally find out how to properly incorporate the needed meta tags in my blog.
In this post, I will share to you the easiest but most effective tip on placing the meta tags in your blogger blog.
As mentioned in my previous blog post, meta tags are the invisible machine readable codes that is needed by many search engines for indexing. The chances that your blog will be displayed in the search engine results do not fully depend on the meta tags but also to other factors such as keyword rich contents, number of blog posts, back links, track backs, search engine submission and pings.
"Ok, ok... I already know that. Now, tell me the proper way of placing the meta tags in my blog!"
Ok, all right... here are the steps:
1. Go to your blog and "sign-in," of course
2. Click on Layout
3. Then go to edit HTML
4. Click on Expand Widget Template
5. Copy the meta tag generated by the meta tag generator
6. Click on the HTML portion of your blog and press Ctrl and F keys simultaneously, type head enclose it in <>, then press the enter key or click next
7. On top of the very first head code that you found, paste the meta tag
"Ooops...I already did that, but after clicking on save templates, I am getting an error message saying: Your template could not be parsed as it is not well-formed. Please make sure all XML elements are closed properly. XML error message: The element type "meta" must be terminated by the matching end-tag."
Yes, I know, for sure you will get this kind of error message, especially if you will simply paste the meta tag code, as generated by the meta tag generators. In this case, what you need to do is actually in step 8.
8. Don't click on save templates yet
9. Edit the meta tags
"What? Edit the meta tags? But, I don't know how!"
Then, you will know NOW!!!
10. Put a / sign just before every >, make sure that you will only do this for the meta tags, be careful not to touch the other codes.
11. For the title part of the meta tag, the one that has the specific code below, leave it as it is, you do not have to place a / anymore before the >, because the meta tag generator already placed the / before >. Observe the code below, the / sign is placed before title>.
12. Finally, click on save templates.

Anyway, when you go to the meta tag generator at submitexpress.com, you will be presented automatically with the appropriate meta tag for your blog according to the information that you will enter there.
To place the meta tag in BLOGGER, go to layout, click edit html, then click expand widgets. Paste the meta tag right above the code below.

Trojan Horses Remover
I have several trojan horses remover to choose from Nod32, Kaspersky, and McAfee. Neither Norton nor Avira Antivirus is an option anymore, because aside from slowing my computer's processes Norton wasn't able to detect as many viruses as Avira can and while Avira was able to detect and remove many viruses, it is not that effective when it comes to trojan horses.
Based on my experience, the best antivirus application is Kaspersky. Kaspersky, even it its free version, has detected and disinfected a total of 78 viruses and 3 trojan horses applications in my computer. These are the number of infections detected after I run Norton and Avira Antiviruses. Of course, the anti-viruses were installed one after the other, making sure that the existing antivirus is completely uninstalled before installing another one. This is the proper way of installing antiviruses, otherwise, the application will not work properly.
After uninstalling Kaspersky, I tried using McAfee then Nod32, both in their free versions.
Guess what? No more infections were detected, I think Kaspersky had already wiped them all out.

Trojan Horses vs. Viruses
I used to use the latest version of Norton Antivirus (2008), when I switched to Avira, because the former is slowing my computer down. To my surprise, Avira, which is a free anti-virus, has detected a total of 51 viruses and two trojan horses. Avira's disinfectant grade for trojan horses, however is not as good as its detection grade. While many viruses and few trojan horses were identified, Avira cannot actually remove the trojan horses.
Based on my understanding, a trojan horse is not really a virus. It is a destructive program disguising as a harmless and beneficial application. Below are the differences and similarities of trojan horses and viruses.

The extent of destructiveness of trojan horses and viruses are the same. Both malwares execute commands without the user's knowledge and permission.

Based on my understanding, a trojan horse is not really a virus. It is a destructive program disguising as a harmless and beneficial application. Below are the differences and similarities of trojan horses and viruses.

This email is poorly constructed. Though we can actually forgive the senders of this scam for such a lousy work. The scammers are disguising themselves as Chary and Mary, claiming that they are in the age of 25 and 21 years. The two used a request for help and appeal to pity approach in this email scam. They narrated their sad story about the cruel death of their parents and mentioned that they "are alone in a totally strange country without parents, relatives or anybody to care for [them] at [their] tender ages."
Aside from their being orphans, they are also capitalizing on their ages. They always emphasized that they are too young (well in fact at ages 25 and 21 years, they are not anymore) and further said that the bank manager told them to look for a "matured person" (maybe they meant older person) who will represent them at the bank.
Given the benefit of the doubt that this is true, the bank manager’s advice is still absurd considering that persons ages 21 and 25 years are already old enough to decide independently and competitively on matters pertaining to their money or inheritance, more so that they do not have relatives anymore. Please note that the legal age in Ghana is 18 years. Is it really necessary to get a representative who is much older and from a foreign country? If a representative is really needed, they can get a lawyer from Ghana for the job and not just anybody who is a foreigner.
Chary and Mary also did mention that 10% of total sum will be awarded to the person who conforms to the agreement. Well, honestly, 10% is not a fair price considering all the trouble that a person will undergo for representing these two at the bank. If a prospective victim will tnot be very careful, it could mean the loss of his time, money, effort and even life.

The prospective victim should be very wary about this message. Let me highlight this phrase that was mentioned by Mr. Bin, "$2M (two million U.S. dollars only) should be donated to any Philanthropist of our choice overseas." A philanthropist is technically a moneyed person who spends for the good of other people. Be careful because what you are expecting might be the opposite of what they really want from you.
Unlike Mr. Kabore, Mr. Bin did not mention about how the prize will be divided between him and the prospective victim. However, like Mr. Kabore’s letter, this letter is also poorly edited or unedited and contains various grammatical and spelling errors considering that this letter came from a person who claims himself as a lawyer.
