The words in red will depend on your blog title, description and keywords. On the other hand, those elements that are in blue, may or may not be changed. To place the meta tag in BLOGGER, go to layout, click edit html, then click expand widgets. Paste the meta tag right above the code below.
Click save templates and that's it, you're done.

It's always good to make sure your website or blog is pre optimized for the search engines. You want to do this because when your site or blog gets crawled with the wrong info it may take a while for new changes to take place.
